Generally speaking, Home Sellers or Buyers are always in a state of Upsizing or Downsizing, we call it Rightsizing because our role is to help guide you get into the RIGHT-sized home at the RIGHT time of your life.  It has to make sense and fit for your current and future lifestyle whether that means larger or smaller square footage.  Closer to the city or a country retreat?...we dive in deep to understand what your needs and wants are and help guide you to make the RIGHT decisions!  We have well over a decade of experience doing this for countless clients and it begins with reading one of our simple 4 page Right-sizing guides for Upsizing or Downsizing which asks some basic questions to get the process started.  Then the next step is booking a strategy session with us.  Click on the appropriate link at the top of the page to begin!

We have created this team of full-time professionals to guide you in each of the main facets of real estate you can find yourself in (Sales, Financing, Legal and Marketing & more)
We understand that buying and selling can be a stressful and sometimes emotional process (We have personally been there ourselves so we understand what you are going through).  Our role is to simplify and take the guesswork out of this process and dare I say make it enjoyable! 
How do we do this? Years of cultivated experience and systems we have crafted to make the whole process as simple and stress-free as possible. We always begin with the initial consultation to try and understand what is most important to you. From there we go to work and bring together all pieces of our team to make the process streamlined for you.  If you are not fully satisfied, then we have not done our job!

What areas do we service?

A common question we get asked is what areas do we service?  Our main areas of service we currently focus on are Burlington, Oakville and the West side of Toronto.  We started our business in the "Big Smoke"; (Toronto) and still have many clients we assist in and around the city but since moving to Burlington approximately 9 years ago, Halton region (including Oakville) has been our primary focus.
