Marc was amazing to work with! Going through the home buying process for the first time myself was made much easier with Marc guiding me through each step. I'm the type of person that always wants to know what the next steps are and Marc was always able to keep me updated on things I would need to prepare, things to consider and everything else. When I first started the home search, I didn't really know what I wanted, but Marc was able to help narrow down neighborhoods and buildings until it became pretty clear of what I wanted without me even realizing.
As for the home buying process, Marc was very responsive when I had questions about a certain unit, or wanted to get an opinion. He was very patient with me and my girlfriend as we looked for a new home that we eventually found, we even looked at different units in the same building a few times! He was always very accommodating with dates and times he could bring us to showings and when we felt we were getting close to finding our new home, I was able to see the listing, go to the unit and put down in offer all within 12 hours.
